Adopt a Domestic Short Hair (short coat)

LOLA is available for adoption here at Cat Love Rescue.  This sweet kitty is a spayed 2 to 3 year old female. She was adopted as a kitten but left behind by her owners when they moved away.  Lola could be a bit shy at first but very friendly once she gets to know you. She doesn't hiss, bite, claw nor scratch furniture. She uses her scratch post. She lets her foster family hold her, pet her and even trim her nails.  She is litter-trained but she prefers using a second litter box if the first one has poop in it. She likes to hug & kick catnip filled toys and play strings toys (cloth cat dancers). 

She would do best in a home a quiet home with no dogs. At her young age, she might enjoy having another friendly cat to play with but will probably do fine being the only spoiled cat. She enjoys her little interactive play time but she is not hyper. Overall, a very graceful kitty. She likes the breeze of fresh air on her face and enjoys staring out at the window in the morning and at night. She has a soft sweet meow but mostly very quite. She nibbles dry food throughout the day and additionally eats some wet food in the morning. She also likes Gerber 2 baby food in Chicken and wellness chicken/salmon & cranberries treats.

LOLA went to the vet last week for her checkup. They looked into her mouth and ears, listened to her heart and lungs, carefully felt her belly, checked her rear end and commented that Lola looks very healthy. She has been dewormed, flea treated, is current on her vaccines, spayed, fitted with a microchip, and tests negative on FIV/FELV/heartworm.
